Delivery

We use either Royal Mail or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Our postage and packing charge for standard items for deliveries within mainland Europe is £2.75 per order.

We ship only to mainland Europe- all items are carried instock and therefore standard delivery is 3-5 days.

Contract

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing unconditionally to the terms and conditions of use.

On receipt of your order, we will send you notification by electronic mail that your order is being processed. Upon receipt of such notification and provided that you are able to access it, a legally binding contract will have been formed between us. We reserve the right not to process your order and accordingly we will notify you by electronic mail if this is the case.

Please note that while we guarantee to send you a notification of every valid order we receive from you, you will understand that we cannot equally guarantee that the notification we send to you will be received by you, nor that if it is received by you it is legible and uncorrupted.

Goods

All items are subject to availability.

There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock. You would be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order, if expected dispatch exceeds this period.

We reserve the right to review the price of any item. If any item you have ordered is subject to any increase in price, we will notify you prior to dispatch. Postage & packing is charged at a standard cost of £2.75.

You agree not to post or transfer to our website (nor include in any message) any material which is obscene, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, illegal, in breach of any copyright or any other intellectual property right, or damaging to data, software, or the performance of our or any other party’s computer systems.

In using this website, you acknowledge that the ownership of any intellectual property rights and logos including for the avoidance of doubt, copyright, in this website belongs to us. Accordingly, any part of this website (or its source code) may not be used, transferred, copied or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner other than for the purpose of utilising this website meaning that you may only display it on your computer screen and print it out on your printer for the sole purpose of viewing its contents.

Your Information

We will collate the information which you give us in the order form to provide you with our on-line ordering service. By giving us this information, you consent to our use of it in order to process your order and inform you about its progress.

We will not share your information with third parties without your prior consent. If you have joined our mailing list we will, from time to time, send you interesting information about promotions or products at tillynilly. Your details will not be passed onto any third party. If at anytime you prefer not to receive our messages please let us know at loopy-lu@incube.co.uk

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the following methods:

a. Credit card

b. Debit card

c. Cheque

If payment is made online using a debit or a credit card, the payment will be accepted once we have received confirmation from your bank that our account has been credited. If you pay by cheque, payment is deemed to have been received by us when we have notification from our bank that your cheque has cleared.


Refunds

We take customer care very seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints to your satisfaction.

If you have a complaint, please email loopy-lu@incube.co.uk and we will get back to you promptly.

If you have received a damaged product please email us at loopy-lu@incube.co.uk stating your order number, the problem with the product, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement, and we will advise you of further action.

If you have returned an item for a replacement then we ask that you allow 14 working days for the item to be received back with us and a replacement order processed by our returns department, before you query the return.

Force Majeur

We do not take responsibility for any event that is outside our control, nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.

Entire Agreement

This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements which have subsisted between us.
